Voting in Victoria-Beacon Hill as easy as ABC?; 18 to go!
This is slightly older news, but the Conservation Voters of BC have launched an “Anyone But Carole” campaign in the riding of Victoria-Beacon Hill. The non-partisan group, while not endorsing any other candidate in that riding, is calling for voters to vote “anyone but Carole James”. The group has suggested that, given her opposition to the Carbon Tax, the NDP would be better off with a new leader.
The group has also endorsed four candidates in BC: Environment Minister Barry Penner, NDP members Lana Popham and Gary Holman, and Damien Kettlewell from the Green Party.
